Each of the six units has its own personality: from the studios 20 steps from the beach to the family house with garden view, all just meters from the water.

Bookings

Terms and conditions

By making a booking, the guest accepts and acknowledges the following terms and conditions:

  • 1. Bookings and payments
    1. A deposit of 30% of the total stay is required to confirm, by bank transfer in Argentine pesos or US dollars.
    2. The balance is paid at check-in, in US dollars or in Argentine pesos at that day’s dollar exchange rate. Please note that rates in Argentine pesos are not fixed and are subject to the exchange rate.
  • 2. Cancellation policy
    1. The deposit is not refunded in cash.
    2. If you cancel 30 days or more in advance, you can use the full deposit for another stay within one year, once only and subject to availability. You have 14 days from the cancellation to reschedule; after that, the deposit is forfeited.
    3. If you cancel less than 30 days in advance, the deposit is forfeited.
  • 3. Check-in and check-out
    1. Check-in is from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am.
    2. A few days before check-in, please contact us on WhatsApp to arrange your arrival time. There is no reception at the complex.
  • 4. Pet-friendly policy
    1. Ask to see the pet-friendly policy through the channel (Instagram / WhatsApp) you are using to make your booking.
  • 5. House rules
    1. Smoking is not allowed indoors.
    2. Guests are asked to respect quiet hours and avoid disturbing other guests.
  • 6. Guest and owner responsibilities
    1. The guest is responsible for keeping the property clean and tidy during their stay.
    2. The owner undertakes to provide clean, safe accommodation and to resolve any problem or issue that arises during the stay.
  • 7. Safety and well-being
    1. Information on safety and emergency measures at the accommodation will be provided at check-in.
    2. Guests are advised to follow all safety instructions and precautions provided by the owner.
  • 8. Contact
    1. For further enquiries or assistance during the stay, guests can contact the owner or the accommodation staff.

    1. The property is not responsible for weather conditions, roads or means of transport.
    2. The deposit is the percentage or amount requested at the time to confirm the booking.
